Composite Bonding
With composite resin bonding it may be possible to completely makeover your smile without removing any natural tooth structure at all! Our office uses the best composites available to create beautiful, wear-resistant restorations that have an excellent color match and durable shine. Bonding can change the size, shape and spacing of teeth. Composite can also be used to modify the color of some teeth and to replace small, blemished areas like white-spot defects.

Well-executed composite bonding is a technique sensitive, highly skilled procedure that requires a truly artistic touch. Dr. Barnes loves to do these cases for her patients because the results can be immediate and dramatic.

Meet Our Team
Our Passionate and dedicated team

Sandy, Registered Dental Assistant
Sandy was born and raised in Adams, MA . She earned her degree from McCann Technical School in 2002 and has been a valued member of the practice ever since. Although she wears many hats at Berkshire Dental Arts, Sandy particularly enjoys helping our patients to feel at ease and to understand their dental needs and treatment options. She says her favorite part of the job is "talking to our patients and getting to know them. I like making them feel comfortable while assisting the doctor in providing quality care."

Sandy and her husband of 17 years are together blessed with two daughters. In her free time she loves spending time with family and friends, and listening to music. Her motto: "Life is short, so I like to have as much fun as I can!"
Charles, Practice Manager
Charles grew up in Savannah, GA before attending the University of Chicago and marrying Anne (Dr. Barnes to everyone else). While Dr. Barnes was in dental school, he earned his veterinary degree (DVM) at Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in Grafton, MA and fell in love with New England. Charles worked in small animal practice (dogs, cats, etc.) in Colorado Springs, CO while Dr. Barnes completed her residency and military service. Although he loved his patients and colleagues, Charles made a family decision to scale back his veterinary practice. He feels that switching from the role of vet to practice manager is a natural one - in both cases his goal is to fix problems and help people feel good about the care they receive.
Outside of the office, Charles enjoys home remodeling projects, hiking and bird watching, and spending time with Anne, Colby, and their pet birds.
